A huge thank you to all my Natick families for participating in #TheFrontStepsProject#Natick and for your generous donations.

To date we have raised over $3,000 for The Natick Service Council.  https://www.gofundme.com/f/thefrontstepsproject-natick

The project is now coming to a close.  Over the next week, I will be scheduling and photographing the remaining families who have submitted requests for a front steps photo.

What was #TheFrontStepsProject#Natick?

I had joined several photographers across the country in the #TheFrontStepsProject, a project started by Needham, Massachusetts, photographer Cara Soulia and her friend Kristen Collins.   It was a project to photograph families on their front steps during the Coronavirus Pandemic.  Cara and Kristen's project benefited the Needham Commuity Council and was limited to the residents of Needham.  Participation in #TheFrontStepsProject#Natick was limited to the residents of Natick.

During the past few weeks, I have been photographing Natick families on their front steps from their sidewalk or curb - an appropriately safe distance away.  It has been a way to capture this crazy time in history and raise money to help our friends and neighbors in Natick by donating to The Natick Service Council.

Families received digital files of their portraits in exchange for a donation.  All proceeds went directly to the GoFundMe site.
